We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. There is a 3% transaction fee added to all credit card purchases. We also accept wire transfers and checks.
Yes, we ship items nationwide. We use several transport companies to ensure the best rates and services available. We also allow pickups at our warehouse if you prefer to use your own carrier.
We can arrange for international shipments on DAP terms (buyer is responsible for clearance fees, and local customs taxes) to Canada. Buyer is responsible for arranging transportation to all other countries.
Yes, we are authorized resellers of all products shown here. In some cases we are the manufacturers’ preferred U.S. vendor.
Not all gear is currently in stock. Some items ship directly from their manufacturers, while others are custom and made to order, so lead times can vary between 2 – 6 weeks. Keep in mind that some brands are located overseas. We can guide you in this process to ensure delivery in a timely manner
We are only able to accept purchase orders from companies that we have a long-standing relationship with. We do not accept POs for first-time customers or one-time-only orders.
Our website is designed to allow users to request a quote. This permits us to verify the item’s availability and determine its current rate. Please keep in mind that many items we sell are special orders and lead times will vary.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on a “change of heart”. If your item was damaged during shipment, or is determined to be have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter.
